This comprehensive course equips you with the skills to leverage LinkedIn for effective social selling. You'll explore the shift from traditional networking to online platforms, understanding why LinkedIn has become the preferred choice for B2B marketing and sales prospecting.

 

We'll compare LinkedIn's effectiveness to other social media platforms, analysing user engagement rates and success stories in lead generation. You'll learn to navigate LinkedIn's key components, including company pages, personal profiles, and groups, to identify potential connections and selling opportunities.

 

The course covers tailoring your sales approach to LinkedIn's unique features. You'll learn how to craft compelling profiles, headlines, and summaries that showcase your expertise and enhance your credibility.

 

We'll dive into LinkedIn-specific selling techniques, teaching you how to build rapport, nurture relationships, and initiate conversations with potential clients. You'll also learn to utilise LinkedIn insights for customer profiling and segmentation.

 

The course emphasises practical skills, including optimising your content for search, leveraging analytics, and integrating LinkedIn activities with your organisation's broader sales processes. We'll explore tools for automating lead generation and synchronising LinkedIn with CRM systems.

 

Lastly, you'll develop crucial crisis management skills. We'll cover strategies for handling complaints, resolving conflicts, and maintaining your brand's reputation on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

This course is targeted at sales representatives, account managers, business developers, sales consultants, client relationship managers, sales team leaders, and industry sales specialists, and others looking to transition into one of these roles.

Today, Eugene arms individuals with skills and knowledge to help them thrive in the area of digital marketing. Having run over 100 workshops on Google and LinkedIn marketing, website development, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and mental health, he makes sure his training is centred around hands-on practical application of skills.
