OVERVIEW
Fast Track Crisis Management is a comprehensive course designed to empower professionals with essential skills for managing organisational crises effectively and systematically. This course focuses on developing robust command structures and implementing strategic response frameworks that protect business operations during critical situations.

A significant portion of the course covers documentation practices and business restoration processes. You will master the creation of thorough crisis documentation frameworks and learn to design effective return-to-normal operations procedures that optimise resource utilisation during recovery phases.
The final component focuses on strategic crisis communication, where you will develop expertise in crafting stakeholder communication plans. You will learn to create message templates and establish delivery protocols that ensure clear, timely, and effective communication during crisis events.

TARGET LEARNERS
This bootcamp is for professionals in any field responsible for managing crises: PR and Comms Professionals, Spokespersons, Legal and Compliance Teams including other professionals looking to transition into a career in one of these roles.

PRE-REQUISITES
21 years and above
At least one month work experience in a sales capacity
Speak, write, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6, and at a Workplace Numeracy Level 5
At least a diploma or equivalent


Learning Outcomes

Establish a crisis management command structure blueprint, demonstrating operational roles and resource allocation protocols through a detailed organizational chart and implementation plan.

Develop a comprehensive crisis response and recovery plan, incorporating business continuity strategies and demonstrating through a simulated crisis scenario exercise.

Create a crisis documentation framework and demonstrate its implementation through a crisis event case study.

Design a business restoration plan incorporating resource optimization strategies, demonstrated through a detailed return-to-normal operations manual.

Formulate a crisis communication strategy, demonstrated through development of a stakeholder communication plan with message templates and delivery protocols.
