OVERVIEW

There’s never been a more crucial time to examine the science and art of leadership. The past few years have upended everything we’ve known about business and how to drive it to profitable growth. Pandemic lockdowns have disrupted supply chains and forced us to rethink the role of the office, collaborate remotely, and build culture away from the watercooler. The Great Resignation has impacted employee engagement and loyalty, shortened organizational horizons, and birthed a myriad of start-ups. The upshot of all this, is that we’re seeing many more new managers, at precisely a time when organizations are cutting back on training and professional development budgets.

What does it mean to lead in a post-pandemic world? How can you be an effective manager if you haven’t been given the training to succeed in this ambiguous new world? Why must you first lead yourself before you can hope to inspire others to become their best selves?

Fast-Track Leadership for New Managers has been designed to equip you with these crucial skills. Understand why leadership is not just a commission but a calling, and discover how to find yours. Uncover different personality profiles, and recognise your own. Get a grip on the phenomenon of employee culture, and how to leverage it to finetune your performance management.  Learn how to manage upwards, across and yourself. Master situational leadership and the interpersonal and negotiation skills you’ll need to lead your team in a brave new world.

There’s simply no course like this in the marketplace today.
