OVERVIEW

This 2-day programme aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the affiliate marketing process.

By the end of the course, the learner is able to identify different affiliate opportunities, register with

various affiliate marketing platforms, develop promotion strategies and construct an affiliate

portfolio based on the incentive framework and monitor and review campaign performance.

This course is targeted at individuals such as bloggers, influencers, or content creators, entrepreneurs and working professionals who are interested in affiliate marketing as an alternative income source.

PRE-REQUISITES

The entry requirements are:

  • 21 years and above

  • Possess minimally a Diploma Level and/or listen, speak, read, and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5

  • Use numeracy skills equivalent to the Employability Skills System Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 5

  • Possess immediate computer literacy

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience

  • Lessons will be conducted in English. Participants are expected to be able to read and write in basic English.

Elaine is a multifaceted professional with over a decade of experience in the consumer industry, specializing in marketing, brand management, and digital marketing. Formerly a Head of Marketing for a renowned toys industry giant, Elaine's portfolio included globally recognized brands such as Fisher-Price, Barbie, and Hot Wheels. She spearheaded comprehensive marketing strategies and campaign activations, demonstrating her expertise in offline and online brand management. Notably, Elaine successfully transitioned the company's e-commerce business into a one-million-dollar enterprise within a year.

In addition to her corporate roles, Elaine is also a proud solopreneur of her own online e-commerce venture, MyEverCo. Through MyEverCo, she leverages her expertise in digital marketing and brand management to curate and market women's apparels, providing her with firsthand experience in the dynamic world of e-commerce entrepreneurship.

Now, as a Digital Marketing Trainer, Elaine shares her wealth of knowledge and experience with others. She is dedicated to empowering individuals through teaching Digital Marketing subjects and developing WSQ Digital Marketing courses. Elaine is a DISC Certified Behavioral Consultant and a Workforce Singapore Volunteer Career Advisor, committed to supporting career development in the consumer sector.

Elaine believes in the power of stepping outside one's comfort zone, echoing Michael John Bobak's words: "All progress takes place outside the comfort zone." Through her work, she aims to inspire learners to embrace challenges, keep learning, and continue growing.
