VANDA CHAN is a seasoned Social Media practitioner and trainer, helping businesses to improve on their social media marketing strategy and campaigns. She is also proficient in social media crisis management. Vanda is able to conduct social media training in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Vanda was the first webmaster for Nestle Malaysia and had served the company for over 10 years. Her career path as an interactive media executive in Nestle gave her valuable work experience in handling many digital campaigns and activations for brands like NESCAFE, KIT KAT, PURINA, and NESTLE DRUMSTICK.
Vanda was a key member of Nestle’s Crisis Management Core Team and was responsible for providing Crisis Management services for all of Nestle Malaysia brands. Since 2011, she has successfully managed over 40 social media crisis situation using the world-class listening/monitoring tools such as Radian6.
Vanda currently offers consultancy for digital marketing, social media marketing including SEO auditing and website planning. She is also a certified HRDF Malaysia trainer and have trained hundreds of participants in Malaysia, via the following public and in-house programs

Vanda holds a Masters in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University, Australia. She is proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Vanda is also certified in Google AdWords and Google Analytics. She holds an inbound Certification from HubSpot Academy and has completed the Coaching Essential program from International Society of Neuro-Semantics.
