ELENA TAN has over 14 years of experience in digital marketing and business analytics. She was formerly the Head of Ecommerce for Royal Selangor Pewter. She has also served as the Regional Online Marketing Strategy and Planning Manager for South East Asia’s top online employment company, JobStreet.com
Elena is a certified Google Regional Trainer. She is a Google AdWords Qualified Individual and also Google Analytics certified. She specializes in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Business Analytics.
Elena is experienced in conducting training on user behaviour, conversion and competitive benchmarking – business tasks to align the direction, planning and execution of marketing strategies across the region. She had previously served actively in JobStreet.com’s CMO and Alliance of Analyst committee – responsible for data integrity and insightful analysis.
She has also served Royal Selangor Pewter, responsible for

Elena is a registered HRDF Malaysia trainer and a Senior Regional Trainer with ClickAcademy Asia. As a Google trainer for the Google Ignite program, over 500 university students successfully completed their Google certifications. In 2019, she also served as a Mahir Digital Bersama Google program trainer. To-date, she has trained over 1,500 participants on Google Ads, Google Analytics and Digital Marketing courses.
