OVERVIEW
Marketers are increasingly required to produce performance reports in addition to their daily marketing activities. This course aims to teach marketing professionals how to collect, analyze and report on digital marketing initiatives, including proving the return on investment (ROI).
Starting with a review of marketing metrics, this course will show marketers how to use Excel to load and transform data, preparing for analysis.
Then, we will walk through which digital marketing metrics they must highlight when reporting performance, why they are important and how to prove digital marketing ROI.

This course is designed to help marketers at all levels report performance and ROI, but would also be useful for business owners and managers seeking to better understand the return they are getting from marketing investments.
Pre-requisite
Some familiarity with digital marketing platforms and techniques will be useful. For those without a marketing background introductory reading materials will be supplied.
